We are located in downtown Long Beach at 111 W. Ocean Blvd. Suite 400.

From North: Take I-405 South and exit 32B for I-710 toward Long Beach. Take exit 1C for downtown Long Beach/Convention Center/Aquarium. Drive pass Pine Avenue. See parking info below.
From South: Take I-405 North and exit 23 CA-22 W toward Long Beach. Continue onto 7th Street. Turn left on Atlantic and right onto E Ocean Blvd. Pine Avenue is closed to traffic starting at First Street. See parking info below.
From East: I-710 and follow directions from North. See parking info below.

Parking in Long Beach
BUILDING PARKING: Paid paring is available on our building.
FREE PARKING: There is a free 2-hr parking structure at 51 W. 3rd street, between Pine Ave and The Promenade next to Harvey Milk Park. 3 blocks from our office. Walking required.
METER PARKING: metered parking on Broadway
FLAT RATE PARKING: There are several flat rate parking structures in the area in the $6 range (subject to change, with holidays & events.) First Street parking structure, as well as several parking structures on Broadway.

BUILDING PARKING: Paid parking in available in our building.
METER PARKING: limited metered parking (30-minute) is available on Colorado Ave. (across the street from the main entrance)
