Mediation Packages

Property Division Only Package:

1. flat fee of $5700 include 30 minute initial consultation with each party separately or together (depending on preference),
2. $300 flat fee for cost (all court filings are done electronically)
3. 30 minute preliminary planning session with each party separately (if chosen) prior to joint session,
4. 2 two-hour mediation sessions to facilitate full agreement on property division issues only (Zoom or in-person sessions available)
5. preparation of all court filings (petition package, default, and stipulated judgment package) (*parties must fill out their own respective preliminary declaration of disclosure, which is required prior to any dissolution of marriage judgment)(*if the final stipulated judgment contains provisions pertaining to already agreed upon issues such as support or custody/visitation, all such drafting shall be done on hourly rate basis)
6. Court filing fee of $435.00 must be paid separately to the meditator prior to filing (all court filings are done electronically)

ADDITIONAL MEDIATION-RELATED SERVICES

Additional Mediation Session (3 hours)- flat fee of $1275.00

All mediation consulting work and review of stipulated judgments after mediation performed on hourly basis.

*all additional time required billed separately at current hourly rate

UNBUNDLED LEGAL SERVICES

Uncontested dissolution of marriage without children

Flat fee of $3800.00 (plus court filing fee of $435.00) includes the following:

• petition for dissolution of marriage with required ancillary forms
• request for default
• customized stipulated judgment package
• Parties prepare and exchange their own declaration of disclosure (preliminary only)

Uncontested dissolution of marriage with children

A flat fee of $4500.00 (plus a filing fee of $435.00) includes all of the above plus detailed parenting plan options customized to individual family and their logistical needs.
