Includes the following: initial consultation, 30 minute preliminary planning assessment, two mediation sessions (up to 6 hours), preparation of petition package, default package, and stipulated judgment package (parties prepare their own financial disclosures).

Beyond standard mediation, I offer the following:
Extra Mediation Session (3 hours) — Available for a flat fee of $1,275.00
Post-Mediation Consulting and Judgment Review — Any mediation consulting work, along with review of stipulated judgments after mediation, is billed on an hourly basis

Unbundled Legal Services
Uncontested Divorce Without Children
For couples without children who have a full agreement, we charge a flat fee of $3,800.00, plus a $435.00 court filing fee. This package includes:
Preparation of the petition for dissolution of marriage and all required ancillary forms
Preparation of the request for default
A customized stipulated judgment package
Each party prepares and exchanges their own preliminary declaration of disclosure
